Will this workshop be too intense for me?

You can decide on the intensity of the workshop yourself. There are different levels of intensity that you can choose depending on whatever feels good to you. Your body will only show whatever it feels safe containing.

What if I've experienced trauma? Is anger release safe for me?

Yes — especially if you've experienced trauma. Releasing anger in a trauma-aware space is very helpful and has proved to be deeply healing for the hundreds of people I've worked with.

What's the difference between healthy anger release and aggression?

A healthy release of anger brings you back into your power, while toxic aggression keeps you in resentment. You need your anger in order to become your most powerful self. Oftentimes, this work actually helps you overcome resentment and toxic aggression.

Will I lose control or get overwhelmed by my emotions?

This process is designed to create a safe container for your emotions to flow. You will be in full control of the process the entire time.

How does the workshop work?

I will teach you everything you need to know about anger in a presentation that covers trauma, the body, emotions, how to release them, and what keeps emotions stuck — so you fully understand the role of anger. Then we will have a collective anger release together, where you get to experience the power of your anger in a safe, supported space. Afterwards, we integrate the experience together, so you can ground what you just experienced and take the power you unlocked home with you.

What should I wear or prepare before the session?

You will need a pillow and clothes you can move in. Prepare your space so you have a bit of room around you and won't be disturbed. That's it.

How long does the workshop last?

The workshop lasts for about 2 to 2.5 hours.

Will there be a replay or recording available?

Yes. The recording will be available and sent out via email after the session. If you can't attend live, you'll get full access to the recording.

What can I expect to feel after the session?

Most of my clients report a blissful feeling that's almost orgasmic.
